Airport pickup and transfer to your lodge. Evening briefing with your guide over dinner. Rest and acclimatize.

Early morning and afternoon game drives across the savannah in open-top 4x4. Search for lions, elephants, buffalo, leopards and diverse antelope. Sundowner drinks at sunset.

Safari Lodge All meals 3-4 hours

Board your safari boat for a cruise along the waterway. Spot hippos, Nile crocodiles, elephants drinking at the banks, and spectacular birdlife including kingfishers and fish eagles.

Lodge All meals 2 hours

Hike to a spectacular waterfall through lush vegetation. Enjoy the misty spray and dramatic views. Afternoon guided nature walk spotting primates and birds.

Lodge All meals 3-4 hours

Dawn birding walk with specialist guide. Search for rare species in forests, wetlands and savannah. Target shoebill stork, African green broadbill and crowned cranes.

Lodge All meals 4-5 hours

Enter the tropical forest at dawn. Track habituated chimps through the canopy, observing grooming, feeding and social behaviour for one hour. Afternoon nature walk.

Lodge All meals 3-4 hours

Drive through stunning landscapes to your next destination. Stop for photos at scenic viewpoints, local markets and points of interest along the way.

Enjoy a peaceful morning by the lake. Optional canoe trip, nature walk or swimming. Afternoon at leisure with stunning lake views.

Lakeside Lodge All meals Full day

Early morning briefing at park HQ. Trek into dense forest with expert trackers. Spend one magical hour observing a habituated gorilla family up close. Afternoon rest at lodge.
